A fixed service fee for e-visas and biometric visitor visas — published, no quote form. If you're emigrating, working or studying abroad, your spend goes into the documents: this prep fee is credited toward your Document Pack (Step 2), so it works like a deposit, not a sunk cost.

The pack isn't a flat price — the tier sets the service level per person, and your total is built honestly, traveller by traveller, from each document's real price. Here's a worked example — a family of four to Australia. Your own total depends on which documents you actually need:
The government fee is separate — and you pay it directly
EasyVisa's invoice covers only our service fee plus any document add-ons. The embassy or visa portal charges its own fee, which you pay to them directly on your own account.
Why we don't bundle it in. Visa fees change with exchange rates and government policy. Paying the authority directly keeps your money in your hands and the transaction transparent.
