Do you actually need a visa?
Several countries are visa-free for South Africans. If you don't need a visa, we won't sell you one. Here's the current status for popular destinations — always confirm on the official government portal before you travel, because rules change.
No visa needed — just show up (with the right entry card)
These destinations let South African passport holders enter without a visa. Some still require a free online arrival card or travel authorisation — that's not a visa, but you must complete it.

An online visa — quick, and EasyVisa can handle it
These need a visa, but it's an online application with no biometrics appointment — some travellers complete it themselves. If you'd rather we did it for you, our optional done-for-you e-Visa service is R1,200: we prepare and guide, you pay the government portal directly.

The visa is the easy part — the documents are the journey
A holiday visa is one form. Emigration is a stack of South African documents — police clearances, SAQA evaluations, unabridged certificates — each legalised the right way for your destination. That's where things go wrong, and where we do our real work. Your visa-prep fee is credited toward it.

Every certificate obtained and legalised correctly for your country, bundled and priced per traveller — your prep fee credited in.
If you don't need a visa, we'll say so
Our job is to make travel easier, not to sell you something you don't need. If your destination is visa-free, we'll point you to the right (usually free) arrival card and wish you a good trip.
Visa rules and fees change frequently. Everything on this page is indicative and was checked for South African passport holders — always confirm the current requirement on the official government portal before booking flights.
