What we can — and can't — promise
We make your application complete, correct and on time. That is genuinely the biggest controllable factor in a visa outcome, and it's what we do well.
We never promise approval. The embassy or consulate makes the final decision, and no honest service can guarantee it. Anyone who does is misleading you.
For regulated immigration advice, we refer you on. Work, study and residency strategy is regulated — we'll connect you to a licensed adviser (IAA / RCIC / MARA) for that and stick to the clerical and document work ourselves.
